Implement Kinesis Firehose S3 delivery preprocessed by Lambda in AWS CloudFormation

Recently I have experimented a little with Kinesis Firehose. The result is this concise undocumented template which setup an Kinesis Firehose S3 Delivery Stream preprocessed by Lambda in AWS CloudFormation.
